Tony Fedewa is a Michigan based professional who has done business both in Michigan and nationally on tour. Tony has accumulated over 15 years of security experience through his special event consultation and security work. Tony takes pride in his achievements and his passion for his work is the result. He finds the challenge of breaking new ground with each new project he embarks upon to be invigorating, fueling his passion.

Tony’s military career provided him with many valuable experiences. Most notably, during his military service Tony provided security for U.S. dignitaries during the invasion of Panama. After completing his military service with an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, Tony began his work in private security as the Loss Prevention Manager for J.C. Penney in Ft. Leavenworth, KS from 1991 – 1993.

In 1993 he returned home to Michigan to take the position of Security Director at the Courtyard of Marriott in Romulus, MI. During his two years there one of his biggest accomplishments was in creating the loss prevention department, this vastly improved security.

In 1995 Tony began work with the security company, Events Services, Inc. (ESI) based in Ferndale, MI. Here he started out as a security agent and moved his way up through the ranks as he gained valuable experience.

He feels he owes a great debt to his mentor, Darrell Ives, who helped to guide him through his career. Through Tony’s hardwork and Darrell’s guidance he to attained the job of Director of Operations.

During his time at ESI, by working closely with his boss and mentor Darrell, he began his music touring career. After working four years at Event Services, Inc. and working on the road providing security for touring concerts, Tony became a founding partner in the security company Gallagher Security Inc. (GSI), based out of Pontiac, MI, where he continued his work for over 12 years.

Tony’s role of CEO required him to perform many duties, including:

• Organizing and assessing venue requirements regarding security needs
• Security Liaison with local and federal law enforcement authorities
• Providing security for musicians and entertainers
• Property protection and armed protection
• Maintaining public safety
• Staffing employees and training
• Monitoring payroll, contract proposals and sales

Tony has made an effort to maintain a strong rapport with numerous clients including the Detroit Auto Dealers Association, Royal Oak Music Theater, among others.

He is currently available for private speaking engagements, expert witness testimony and consultations. Tony is also available for property, personal and special event consulting and management.
